1. Sales and Purchases:
• Product Availability:
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is unavailable.
• Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice, except for orders already placed.
• Payment:
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards.
• Sales Tax:
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.
• Ownership:
Ownership of the purchased goods transfers to the customer upon payment and delivery. 
2. Returns and Exchanges:
• Return Policy: We offer a 30 day return policy for new, unused, and undamaged items, excluding certain items like custom orders
• Returns: To initiate a return, please contact us within the return window.
• Exchanges: We will gladly exchange items for a different size, color, or model, subject to availability.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

• Service Guarantee: We guarantee our workmanship depending on work carried out and will be explained to the customer.
• Repair Estimates: We will provide a written estimate for all repairs, and work will not proceed without customer approval. 
• Parts and Labor: We will use high-quality parts and labor for all repairs. 
• Liability: We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our services or products, except where required by law. 
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their bicycles are in safe and roadworthy condition.

We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services. 
• Bicycle Safety:
Customers are responsible for riding their bicycles safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. 
• Personal Property:
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property left on bicycles in our care. 

Cycles left at YEAR1cycles that have not been collected within 3 months will be disposed of and any parts fitted that have not been paid for will be removed.

• Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.
• Data Use: We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
